Refund /Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you decide not to move forward with our services past the initial (Phase 1) Pre-Engagement stage, a refund would be issued to your account for your initial 10% deposit amount. Once the Discovery & Data Collection stage (Phase 2) has been initiated, partial refunds cannot be guaranteed, and would be at the discretion of the LiftedAI Analytics team on a case by case basis if the reason for cancellation is due to extreme circumstances.
